What to expect from us ?
At this small episodic care walk-in clinic, we are working hard to provide the care you need, including clearing care backlogs that have resulted from the pandemic where the healthcare capacity has been stretched beyond its limit .
While there is no cap on the number of health issues you need to
address, time is a limitation.
We understand that you may be frustrated ,please know that we are trying to help each patient, as best as we can .
To thoroughly and properly assess your chief health issue, please be prepared
less urgent issues will likely trigger another visit.
Upon your arrival, it is recommended to scan the QR code posted to help coordinate your probable next visit. Please note this clinic operates 3 days weekly.
To maintain adequate access to a SUSTAINABLE care and to decrease your wait time , for today’s visit both you and the walk-in doctor in a mutually agreed upon plan
will select the most pressing health issue demanding immediate attention.
To make your visit a positive and seamless experience, we encourage you to go over the services exclusion list below before you come. It may be relevant to your visit.

🛑 Before you get the most up-to-date operating hours, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to go over all the below ( it is very relevant to your visit/health) then CLICK "LEARN MORE " bottom to take you to the clinic hours details.
You cannot book a spot for the in-person walk-in clinic, it is first come-first serve base clinic
**Capacity can be reached quickly**
1. For you or any family member you think may need care, please have everyone's VALID Health card readily available OR a Private Pay will be requested (SEE FEES)
2. Quebec patient Welcome !
3. US & INTERNATIONAL Short or long term Visitors to Canada, Residents without OHIP card under Work Permit , Study Permit temporary status or Diplomat ARE WELCOME.
4. BEFORE you decide & plan to come , please go over the EXCLUSION LIST BELOW.
5. ONCE ARRIVED at the clinic follow the posted signages :
.Step 1 : Proceed to the reception desk , the receptionist will help you to check in and may direct you to step 2.
.Step 2 (Only OHIP card holders): You will then proceed to the Self serve Express Registration Kiosk.
6. Doctor does not answer health questions for family member/s unless she/he has already been checked in.
7. Reliable Cell phone is REQUIRED
Unmuted, Accessible & Sufficiently charged.
8. Doctor speaks only English and Arabic, please secure interpreter to accompany you if you feel there will be a language barrier.

10.Bathroom access in our clinic is available but restricted. Please use your facilities at home prior to your visit .
11. Bring your medications with you.
12.Currently the clinic is focusing on providing episodic/Urgent Walk in clinic services .

UNFORTUNATELY CERTAIN SERVICES ARE OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF OUR PRACTICE &/OR WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO PROVIDE:
1. Services for family members who are not checking-in with you today.
2. Follow up on works in progress or test results ordered by other walk in clinics within Ottawa .
3. Narcotics prescription Refill.
4. Multi-Language translation .

6. Wounds Suturing/Care/Dressing change/Packing.
7. Short or long term Disability forms completion and / ,work accommodation OR Pension buy back form.
8. Sick note longer than a month.
9. Work related injuries ( WSIB ).
10. Allergy shots on hold for now.
11.Newborn care & Childhood immunization on hold for now.
12.Sexual Assault / Domestic Violence.
13. Attending Physician Statement to establish eligibility for Health insurance Solutions as well
services and documents related to legal proceeding,
Canadian passport application, Transit forms for the disabled, CAS form on behalf of child
MOHLTC Forms ( Assistive devices).
We are receiving higher than normal volume of calls.
