  • Minor laceration, abrasions, bruising, trauma (non WSIB)

  • Pap test

  • Poison ivy

  • Prescription renewals (non-narcotic)

  • Questions about a current ongoing condition

  • Referral to allied health professionals such as physiotherapy, massage therapy or psychologist (See Fees)

  • Referrals to specialists

  • Reflux/GERD

  • Requisition for blood test

  • Review of recent lab results

  • STI symptoms & routine STI testing

  • Shingles rash

  • Sick Notes (non-retroactively for patient never been seen at clinic) (See Fees)

  • Sinus infection

  • Skin issues, rashes & skin conditions

  • Stitches removal and surgical clips removal.

  • Stomach pain

  • TB skin testing (1 step) (Student), only available on Mondays

  • TB skin testing (2 step) (Student), only available on Mondays

  • TB skin testing (1 step) (Placement/Job, See Fees), only available on Mondays

  • TB skin testing (2 step) (Placement/Job, See Fees), only available on Mondays

  • Toenail or fingernail infection

  • Urinary tract infection (UTI) symptoms

  • Vaginal infection
