But we aren't limited to that. Please read below about our Excluded Services.

Excluded Services

Immigration medical exam
Narcotics prescription refills.
Multi-language translation.
Mental health crisis support (please call 613-238-3311 or visit Ottawa Distress Lines).
Wound care, dressing changes/packing, catheter change, or suturing.
Sexual assault, Domestic violence. Please consider visiting the Emergency Room.
Services for family members not checking in with you today.
Unfortunately, we do not provide a second opinion or follow-up on work in progress or tests initiated by other walk-in clinics.
Guarantor for Canadian passport application.

Check-In Requirements

Before You Arrive

Bring any government-issued photo ID.
Please have a reliable cellphone (voicemail enabled) and ensure it’s sufficiently charged.
If you have a language barrier, please arrange for an interpreter
If you have a prescription medication list, please bring it as well.
Remember to ask for a receipt upon check-in, as your visit may be eligible for private health insurance coverage and reimbursement.
